The purpose of the Project Management & Process Lead is to help direct the Finance Excellence team and its commitment to enhancing the operating model and fostering a positive culture within the Finance and Transformation organization.

This position will lead comprehensive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage digital tools to identify and execute opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

The role is a champion of change, helping implement and facilitate transitions to new processes and systems. Additionally, this position is an integral part of the Employee Engagement team, leading and supporting various activities. Through project management expertise, effective leadership, and clear communication, this position contributes to the achievement of organizational goals while providing guidance and support for team development and growth.

Education and Experience:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance, and/or Operations Management or equivalent work experience.

7+ years’ experience in Project Planning/Management, Process Development/Improvement, Business Process Management, Change Management, Workflow Design, and/or digital tools.

Trained in Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), Project Management, and/or Change Management with a proven ability to implement and sustain changes.

Success in leading people, both direct reports and project teams, to complete deliverables.

Proven ability to utilize various workflow tools to build effective and efficient processes.

Experience working in a matrixed resource model and managing expectations of stakeholders across divisions.

Preferred:

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance, and/or Operations Management.

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate with both business and technical experts at various levels throughout the organization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate.

Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, facilitation, diplomacy, and conflict management.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex efforts to articulate and translate ideas and concepts into solid business requirements, with the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Experience in developing project plans and operational processes, clearly articulating roles, project goals, and timelines.

Strong customer focus with demonstrated skills and behaviors representing the interests of assigned business areas.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft 365 (Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Visio), Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Adonis Process Mapping.
