is recruiting for the following opportunity:Patent Attorney or Patent Agent. Responsibilities include preparation and prosecution of patents, providing opinions, and developing patent portfolio strategies. A minimum of a BS in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering or Physics is required. Prior experience in engineering, academia, or prosecution related to electronics, software, physics, and physical chemistry, particularly in complex medical imaging and scanning systems, is a significant advantage.A biomedical engineering background focusing on electronics, software, and systems is highly beneficial. Ideally, candidates should also have a solid foundation in software and computer science, as this opportunity extends beyond biomedical systems and involves a variety of computer engineering technologies.This role offers the chance to work autonomously and closely with inventors in an environment that values quality and productivity. The Patent Bar is absolutely required for agents or attorneys, and a state bar is required for attorneys. A minimum of 2 years of solid claim drafting and prosecution experience is required.Relevant Terms:
