This position is part of the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Energy in the Office of Inspector General - Office of Cyber Assessments and Data Analytics. As an Inspector (RG), you will support inspection operations at various field sites under the CADA Project Lead, CADA Team Leader, CADA Director, the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for CADA, and the Assistant Inspector General for CADA.Duties:Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.This employer participates in the e-Verify program.Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.Suitable for Federal employment, as determined by a background investigation.May be required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 or an Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).Must be in good academic standing.A Pathways Recent Graduate Participant Agreement is required.A 1-year trial period is required.This position is a drug testing designated position and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.This position requires a Critical Sensitive Q (Top Secret) Clearance. The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Q Security Clearance.Will be required to participate in the Direct Deposit Electronics Funds Transfer Program.Qualifications:Eligibility Requirements:In order to be eligible for an appointment under the Pathways Recent Graduate Program you must meet the following requirements:You must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous two years, an associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution.Veterans who were precluded from applying due to their military service obligation begin their 2-year eligibility period upon release or discharge from active duty.Qualification Requirements:Credit will be given for all appropriate qualifying experience. For current Federal employees, if hours worked per week are not included on your resume, you must submit a

non-award SF-50 for each federal position listed

as part of your application. For all other applicants who are not current federal employees, your resume must state either "full-time" (or "40 hours a week") or "part-time" with the number of hours worked per week.EXPERIENCE:

Successful completion of at least one full year (18 semester hours) of successfully completed graduate level education if the coursework is directly related to the work of the position. You must include transcripts.-OR-Bachelor's degree

with

Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) in a related field.-OR-Successful completion of a

combination

of education and experience as described above.EXPERIENCE:
