We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration laws, a proven track record of successful case outcomes, and the ability to provide high-quality legal representation. This role is on-site and can be based in either our City of Industry or Newport Beach offices.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including asylum, deportation defense, and adjustment of status cases.Provide legal counsel and advice on a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and naturalization.Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration laws and regulations.Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.Prepare and present cases before USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies.Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, experience with individual hearings is a must.Proven track record of successful case outcomes.Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
