A leading client is seeking a family immigration attorney to join their team in the DMV area. The role is a permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
A successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience handling immigration matters, and is conversational or fluent in Spanish.Location:Baltimore, MASilver Spring, MALangley Park, MAManassas, VAKey Responsibilities:Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices.Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s.Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family-based immigrant visas laws.Excellent written/verbal skills.Spanish speaking is a plus.Benefits:In addition to competitive salary, the firm offers various benefits including health insurance coverage options through major carriers; dental, vision, life, and disability insurances are also provided along with paid vacation days off on a yearly basis.Compensation:Base:
