If you possess 5+ years of Family Immigration experience and are passionate about helping families build new lives in the United States, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices.Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s.Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers.Work closely with the Partner.Manage attorneys on the team.Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.At least five years practicing exclusively within U.S. family-based immigrant visa laws.Excellent written/verbal skills.Spanish speaking.Benefits
