Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life, accident, and disability insurance, as well as access to mental health and financial assistance programs.Position Responsibilities:Develop financial projections and strategies in collaboration with internal staff and executive management.Drive business development activities to achieve goals, including public relations, recruiting, and client development.Manage all financial aspects of market operations, ensuring budget goals are met and financial reports are analyzed.Foster major account development, oversee branch expenses, and ensure staff development and cooperation.Collaborate with other locations, divisions, and corporate office for seamless operations.Maintain a high level of name awareness through proactive public relations activities.Lead, train, and mentor staff, promoting adherence to established systems and processes.Oversee the appearance and organization of offices, vehicles, equipment, and facilities.Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain inventory records.Proactively address customer complaints and operational challenges, keeping VP of Landscape informed.Qualifications:Minimum 4-year college degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in the landscape maintenance field.6+ years of full-time business experience with 2 years of business management experience.Demonstrated track record of growth and increased job responsibilities.Strong knowledge of P&L management, business-to-business service industry, and sales/service delivery.Valid driver's license is required.Join our journey of excellence and innovation today!
