The Budd Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Nashville, TN! As a key player in our sales organization, you'll connect with businesses across the region, offering solutions that make their workplaces shine. This individual would sell commercial facilities projects such as construction clean up, pressure washing, high dusting, window washing, and more!
What You'll Do:Find and Connect:
Generate leads through online research, networking, and cold calling.Present Solutions:
Showcase The Budd Group's services and close deals.Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Exceed Goals:
Meet and exceed sales targets in the Nashville market.What You'll Need:
Proven Success:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals.Strong Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized & Driven:
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.Tech Skills:
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Travel Ready:
