Our BA Practice works with our internal consulting executive leadership teams to achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes, and technology. As an associate, you will receive mentoring from our experienced team and have access to a variety of technology and training to jump start your career.You will be exposed to several aspects of our Product, Strategy & Training Practice, including:Engaging with internal leadership to ensure business objectives are aligned with industry strategyBusiness solutions and best practicesConsulting process, tools, and methodologiesLeveraging technology to drive business operations efficienciesOther responsibilities may include:Work with internal industry teams to capture business requirementsDecompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and technical requirementsDesign and develop within the D365 platform to create solutions to meet industry requirementsWork with internal development and quality teams to validate product meets Microsoft and RSM best practice and standardsTask management and executionAssist in streamlining existing processes from an end user experienceEnsuring delivered products fulfill design requirementsAdopting and learning new technologiesAnalyze internal tools and identify functional gapsTroubleshooting business application issuesUtilizing a structured project delivery methodologyWorking and innovating within the Product, Strategy & Training methodologyBuilding successful cross industry and application team relationshipsBasic Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical disciplineIntelligent, motivated, and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitudeStrong work and/or internship experienceStrong business judgment and common senseAn analytical approach to problem solvingInitiative, creativity, and a passion to deliver results that make a differenceWell-rounded individual with varied interests and experienceStrong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable), attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesThrive on working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyEffective when working independently and in team environmentsReceptive to feedbackDesire to work in the technology industry with a growing companyEagerness to contributePreferred Qualifications:Minimum 3.0 GPA (for entry level associates)Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniquesStrong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skillsBasic understanding of business processes and concepts in process redesignRelevant, hands-on work-related experience working with ERP/CRM systems and/or in a product management environmentAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
