The Customer Success Associate is responsible for performing tasks to support Customer Success’s daily operations.This position is an onsite position at our headquarters in McLean, VA.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with Customer Success Directors and leadership to serve and support health plan clients.Assist in creation of internal client management documents used to support Customer Success strategy.Help to plan and organize client meetings, including Client Quarterly Business Reviews, JOCs, and Leadership Team meetings.Capture next steps from client meetings and work with internal teams to ensure client next steps are executed in a timely manner.Develop relationships with internal stakeholders including Operations, Business Development, Analytics, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure that we are providing a seamless and cohesive client experience.Update key performance metrics and client interactions in the CRM, including contact information, opportunities, meeting and other important communications.Schedule internal prep meetings and assist with pulling together meeting prep materials/agenda.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and manage PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.Stay informed on client news and trends and disseminate that information to the rest of the organization.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required.At least 2 years of professional experience in healthcare, client management, or business development.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent written and oral communication skills as needed to convey detailed and complicated messages to varied audiences.Ability to interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.Experience with PowerPoint, Data Analytics, and Salesforce preferred.
