reporting to the

AVP, Commercial Strategy .This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.Position Summary

Royal Caribbean Group will introduce a new travel platform, iTravel, over the course of the next 3 years. The new travel platform is expected to contribute significantly to our bottom line with revenue generating ideas or cost saving efficiencies driving incremental revenue / cost savings over the course of the new platform’s life. This position will aid in working across branded Executive Teams and with other relevant functional leads to unlock the immediate value and work with multiple teams to support future opportunities and enhancements beyond program launch. They will be responsible for analytics and contribute to strategy, they will prioritize future enhancements and develop KPI’s to monitor progress and ROI.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Quantitative and qualitative analysis and materials preparation to support OOB discussions and future ideation conversations including retrieving and working with large data sets.Keep multiple work streams moving forward by working within Agile project methodologies.Support and execute key strategic priorities and projects through future travel platform enhancements.Support Business Case methodology – establish a standardized way for leadership to understand ROI and prioritization of new travel platform initiatives.Support and attend ideation sessions to identify future enhancements in support of brand and/or commercial.Aid in the development of KPIs to measure effectiveness of Travel Platform performance and enhancement success.Support Executive presentations.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

The ideal candidate will be an experienced analytical thinker. This person will be able to collect the right data sets to support decisions and be able to effectively translate them into key findings and recommendations. The person will be highly organized and help implement systems to keep a large multi-faceted workstream moving forward.Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or data science.4 - 6 Years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance or related field.Experience with large data sets including proficiency in SQL.A strong understanding of our business and what drives the profitability of our brands.The ability to learn new things and quickly apply them.Strong data visualization skills, particularly through PowerPoint.Attention to detail and a focus on timeline and hitting deadlines.Writes and presents effectively; adjusts to fit the audience and the message; strongly gets a message across.We know there's a lot to consider.
