Job Description:The Role:
Entegris is seeking a Sr. Director, IT PMO & Digital Delivery to join our team. We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to lead large-scale, multi-dimensional initiatives enabling Entegris’ Digital Transformation. You will partner with senior executives and ultimately be accountable for the overall strategic shaping, planning, implementation, and effectiveness of work for digital initiatives. You will guide globally distributed teams to deliver successful product outputs and meaningful business outcomes for Entegris while influencing change. This position will report directly to the CIDO of Entegris.
What You’ll Do:
Align the IT digital projects with the organizational goals, priorities, and roadmap.
Secure and allocate the necessary resources, funding, and sponsorship for the IT digital projects.
Ensure the delivery of the IT digital projects within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance, risks, and benefits of the IT digital projects.
Provide regular and transparent reporting and communication to senior management and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key PMO stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Entegris executives and senior management by providing value-added solutions and delivery that aligns to the company’s strategic goals.
Provide effective and responsive support to the organization while advancing Entegris’ strategic position.
Collaborate with Project Portfolio Management and other staff to develop and manage divisional roadmaps.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to PMO staff and project managers.
Develop employees by assessing strength and development needs, giving timely and specific feedback and coaching, and providing challenging assignments and development opportunities.
Work with business and cross-functional teams to develop Business Case and Cost Benefit analysis for prioritized initiatives within the program.
Participate in the construction of Statements of Work (SOW) and Request For Proposal (RFP) in collaboration with the business and other agency teams for projects within the program.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
Work with Project Portfolio Managers and Project Managers within the program to maintain clear, effective, and transparent communications.
Lead the establishment of a project management community of practice to facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing amongst project managers and key PMO stakeholders across the enterprise.
Coordinate, manage, and conduct Operational Reviews to track and evaluate the delivery metrics of the product teams within the engagement and facilitate continuous improvement to improve flow, quality, and value realization, utilizing bowler charts to highlight tracking/progress to goals.
Support Agile Transformation.
As an ITLT member, support the development and ongoing digital business transformation, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to divisions and business leaders to transform their business by guiding internal leaders and external senior stakeholders on engineering and digital business transformation methods and approaches.
Be directly involved in the setup of our offshore delivery centers, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
What We Seek:
Extensive program management experience, planning and managing large complex digital business programs.
Led IT/Digital initiatives.
Led or supported large business transformational initiatives.
SAP enterprise-wide knowledge and other bolt-on applications in areas of finance, supply chain, HR, etc.
Excellent executive-level oral and written communications skills.
Critical thinking skills and a high degree of creative thinking, operating independently within the corporate framework with a keen sense of personal responsibility and bias for results.
Ability to apply business management, financial concepts, and contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated successful performance interacting comfortably with all levels of management and actively participating on senior leadership teams.
Experience in identifying and applying innovative ideas to business problems and shepherding them through the development stage to implementation and successful adoption.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program and project management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
A certification/experience in program management, such as PMP, MSP, or SAFe.
A proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex, and strategic IT projects.
A deep knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, as well as emerging technologies and trends.
A strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Excellent strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
A high level of vision, creativity, and innovation.
