Job SummaryAs the Plant Human Resources Manager for our croissant manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the plant. You will be a critical part of the management team for this facility and play a key role in ensuring the company's HR initiatives are implemented.Responsibilities
Coordinate all safety initiatives in this food manufacturing facility of 200+ employees operating 3 shifts a day over 5 to 6 days a weekManage the recruitment, selection and training processHands-on floor presence developing supervisors and others to be better leadersOversee and manage the collective bargaining agreementCoordinate weekly payroll reportingComplete all in-house investigations and advise on disciplinary issues as neededEnsure legal compliance and enforce all HR related policies and proceduresExperience
