OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the HR department in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's overall objectives.Duties
Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment and selection processConduct employee orientation and facilitate onboarding processesHandle employee relations, including conflict management and resolutionEnsure compliance with labor regulations and company policiesManage employee benefits programs, including workers' compensationLead HR projects such as system implementations (UltiPro, Oracle, SAP)Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and address HR-related needsSkills
