Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources functions and play a key role in shaping our organization's culture and employee experience.Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyManage the recruitment and selection process, including utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Lead performance management processesOversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with labor regulations and company policiesConduct data analysis to drive HR decision-makingCollaborate with leadership on organizational design and developmentUtilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft for effective HR operationsSkills
Proven experience as an HR Director or similar executive roleIn-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruiting, performance management, and employee relationsProficiency in utilizing HR software systems like UltiPro, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoftStrong conflict management skillsData analysis skills to drive strategic HR decisionsExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational success through effective human resources management, we invite you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position.Job Type:
