Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the Senior Coordinator for Professional Program Registration & Curriculum actively contributes to the Office of the University Registrar's daily operations. The Sr. Coordinator performs specialized analytical duties in maintaining accurate and timely records, providing crucial administrative support for student data input and analysis, reviewing processes, and generating reports. This position is responsible for the meticulous planning, development, and coordination of curriculum development, implementation, and enrollment activities for assigned academic programs. NoneMajor/Essential Functions:Supports course planning, development, and coordination, including administrative support for planning sessions and documentation maintenance in a central repository/SIS.Build strong relationships with staff peers and academic leadership to support the success of assigned academic programs.Provide technical support in the areas of curriculum maintenance, degree audit, and graduation to assist all users (faculty, staff, and students, when applicable) for assigned programs.Verify course section census attendance and collect required documents from faculty. Ensure curriculum course section attendance and grades are submitted and complete.Provide outreach to students, advisors, faculty, staff, and academic leadership regarding anticipated program completion and graduation procedures. In collaboration with the Manager for degree completion and graduation, routinely track degree progress as completion nears. Troubleshoot audit issues and direct students to appropriate resources.Consult with faculty and process all degree adjustment requests and course substitutions.Assist in coordinating registration workflow processes, including monitoring student registrations, publication of class schedules, information dissemination and verification, and managing communications to support student outreach.Interpret, apply, and assist in ensuring staff compliance with local policies and procedures, federal and state laws, and regulations pertaining to disclosure of student information, registration, and curriculum development for designated programs.May serve as backup to the Designated School Official to update and maintain SEVIS records of nonimmigrant students.Generally support the initiatives, efforts, and workload of the Office of the University Registrar and SSSE as requested by the office's leadership team or by the director of SSSE leadership.Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork).
