We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Early Career Project Manager – Market and Wealth Services to support our Early Career function.

This role is located in either New York City, Lake Mary, FL or New York City, NYC and is HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Leverage your talents to create and deliver program experiences focused on growing early career talent and delivering business needs.

Oversee all Market and Wealth Services programs for Early Career.

Execute all program milestones including onboarding, placement process, performance management, training and development, off-boarding and leadership communication.

Manage a team of program managers.

Develop and coach entry level talent to meet their career goals, aligning them to organizational objectives.

Partner with the leadership team and program representatives from the business to ensure clear, timely communication on expectations and deliverables.

Monitor and analyze KPI's to improve our program’s success.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

8-10 years of University Recruiting, Early Career Program Management, Learning and Development or other HR related experience.

Organized with strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a global matrixed environment.

Partner with business lines to influence program parameters and outcomes.
