We are hiring a Lead SAP Consultant to join our team. This is a 100% remote role and will involve 10% of travel in Texas!Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Planning:
Working with the team as a liaison, support the development of project plans for SAP S/4HANA MM implementation. Coordinate with client stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs.Testing & Validation:
Develop and execute test scripts to validate system configurations and ensure they meet business requirements. Address and resolve any issues identified during testing phases.Training and Support:
Support in developing training materials and delivering training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization within SAP S/4HANA MM. Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness based on prior experience.Release R2B Support:
Support Requirements Gathering and System Configuration decisions associated with the next release update, R2B, in 4Q2025.Asset Management / MM Integration Change Management:
Support the integration of asset-related processes more closely with MM functions (procurement, inventory management, and maintenance planning) to improve efficiency and provide better visibility and control over assets and materials.Future WMS Implementation Planning / Technology Roadmap Alignment:
Build a plan to integrate Schneider's Warehouse Management solutions, with leading edge WMS capabilities, that seamlessly integrates with clients' anchor platforms, including SAP S/4HANA MM.Qualifications:
Broad knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA models. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA MM functionalities. Proficiency in SAP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in ERP systems. Proven ability to think critically and use data to make decisions/present recommendations on alternative solutions that will improve performance.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.5-10 years previous experience in a similar role is desirable.About TEKsystems:
