Position Summary:
The Team Leader is the first line of support for the production team members. The team leaders helps to lead and coach the production team in obtainment of daily standard work requirements in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Morale. The team leader assists with root cause/problem solving for quality and delivery issues.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
