Salary Range: $55,000 - 65,000 annually depending upon experience and education.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Bank's website content and social media sites; preparing and distributing press releases; advertising; graphic design; event planning; executing and analyzing customer journeys; and coordination of volunteers for the Bank's community events.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop, produce, and distribute social media content
Monitor and update bank website and communicate with vendor
Input, create, execute, and analyze internal campaigns/customer journeys using CRM software
Monitor, analyze, and reply to reviews
Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts
Plan, coordinate, and execute bank-sponsored events
Coordinate and track bank-sponsored donations, in-kind services, volunteers, attendees, and events
Produce, schedule, distribute and track written and graphic design content including advertising, websites, customer communications, printed materials, merchandising, and promotional literature
Assist in the development and handle the processing of annual marketing and civic donation budgets
Coordinate inventory purchases, distribution, and tracking
Produce and distribute monthly Marketing reports and conducts competitive analysis as needed
Produce and distribute press releases
Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager
Competencies:
Experience in advertising, social media, and/or design
Familiarity with banking products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience.
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media
