The

Director of Strategic Initiatives will implement strategic transformation initiatives at Duly, driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution. Responsibilities

Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teamsAchieve operational and financial objectives for Transformation initiativesTranslate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impactUtilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformationFoster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvementGuide and support to teams as they navigate through changeFollow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programsEnsure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsImplement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectivenessUtilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiativesCollaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metricsAssists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI.Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiativesProvide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflowsEnsure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short

Qualifications

EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred.EXPERIENCE:Five or more years of experience working within healthcare consulting and operations background required.
