Overview:
The
Director of Strategic Initiatives
will implement strategic transformation initiatives at Duly, driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution. This position will collaborate across diverse teams while executing on transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teams.
Achieve operational and financial objectives for Transformation initiatives.
Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact.
Utilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation.
Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Guide and support teams as they navigate through change.
Follow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data analytics and insights to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics.
Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and make recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.
Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI.
Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives.
Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows.
Ensure program success, develop and implement interventions when falling short.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five or more years of experience working within healthcare consulting and operations background required.
