$55K to $67K depending on experienceIn this role, you will:Partner with the division HR team on initiatives to include Engagement and Retention, Policy Alignment, and Talent Attraction & AcquisitionManage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigationsHandle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewingProvide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)Consult with managers and supervisors in providing HR guidance and policy interpretationMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Coordinate with the recruitment process, including managing requisition approvals, coordinating employment offers, and onboarding/orientation of new hires.Use available metrics to make business recommendations and decisionsCoordinate delivery of training and coaching programs and participate in the evaluation and monitoring training programsAddress basic benefits questions/concerns and coordinating with central benefits staff as appropriate for open enrollment and other benefits issuesPlan, organize and facilitate employee eventsServe as a key liaison with third parties/vendors and other stakeholders, as neededExemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organizationAll you need is:A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study requiredMinimum two (2) years of Human Resources experience including a combination of Employee Relations, Training, Recruitment, and Compensation/BenefitsAbility to work independently and make sound judgment callsPleasant customer service orientation and professional demeanorDemonstrated experience using effective interpersonal skills, listening, diplomacy, and tact to build strong professional relationshipsAdvanced MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with Workday, a plusPeriodic travel within the division territoryProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification, a plusBonus points if you've got:2 years of related experienceWe'll give you:Appreciation for your workA feeling of satisfaction that you've helped peopleOpportunity to grow in your professionFree lab services for you and your eligible dependentsWork-life balance, including Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCompetitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insuranceHelp saving for retirement, with a 401(k) that includes a generous company matchA sense of belonging - we are a community!We also want you to know:This role will provide routine access to protected health information (PHI).
