Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and help drive our mission forward. The COO will play a critical role in scaling our innovative healthcare solutions, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both our patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the executive team to shape and execute the company's vision and strategic objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

Streamline and enhance operational processes to ensure seamless integration of clinic visits, home visits, and telemedicine services. Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making.

Patient Experience:

Ensure that our operations deliver an exceptional patient experience. Implement best practices for patient engagement, satisfaction, and care coordination.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive role within the healthcare or technology sectors.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations, telemedicine, and digital health solutions.

Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
