This role has a wide range of responsibilities supporting the entire employee lifecycle and will be the point-person for our San Francisco Airport operations. This is a highly visible role with room for growth. Pacific Aviation operates in three central hubs across the West Coast – Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle – and is looking to grow.Core Responsibilities:Communication

Communicate effectively at all levels via phone calls, emails, or in person.Provide clear guidance regarding HR-related questions.Draft updates to HR documents as needed.

Recruiting

Assist with recruiting/hiring efforts including but not limited to resume reviews, pre-screening of candidates, hiring events, generating/sending offer letters.Conduct initial interviews and scheduling.Support HR and Managers track progress through recruitment process, including reporting out on regular cadence.Coordinate setup and day-of logistics for hiring events.

New Hire Experience

Coordinate and setup New Hire Onboarding day, supporting HR and Training team members as needed.Take point on new hire onboarding process including but not limited to facilitating uniform orders, Badge Appointments, CBP applications, and additional HR Onboarding paperwork.Proactively share information and follow up communications to ensure successful start to new employee’s experience.

Employee support

Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.Act as point of contact for all employee questions.Assist with Employee Relations issues.Build relationships with employees, supervisors, and account management team through in-person and virtual interactions.

Admin

Manage and Update HR Database.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.Data inputs into HRIS, ATS, and Confidential personnel files.

Minimum Requirements:Candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in a variety of Human Resources functions.2-3 years experience as an HR Generalist.Experience with recruiting, onboarding, resume reviews, pre-screening of candidates, hiring events, generating/sending offer letters.Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects assigned.Be customer service oriented and solutions-focused.Proficient in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PPT).Pay:
