Vice President of Asset ManagementWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Asset Management to lead and optimize the performance of our multifamily asset portfolio. This role involves developing asset-specific business plans, driving financial performance, and identifying opportunities for value enhancement across a the entire multifamily portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management:
Develop and recommend asset strategies (hold/sell/refinance), execute annual business plans, and report on market trends. Manage dispositions and refinances, including due diligence and closing processes.Property Operations:
Collaborate on operating and capital budgets, conduct site visits, drive leasing and expense strategies, and oversee new project openings and marketing efforts. Negotiate commercial leases and manage third-party relationships.Reporting & Compliance:
Communicate budgets and strategies to partners, analyze financial statements, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with equity and loan documents.Requirements:Experience:
8+ years in asset management with a proven track record in managing and repositioning assets.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.Skills:
Strong financial analysis, communication, and mathematical skills. Proficient in revenue management software and financial modeling.Attributes:
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with multifamily or mixed-use properties is a plus.
