In this role, you will lead the financial, information technology, and risk management functions of our organization, overseeing an annual operating budget of $25 million. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial management aspects, including transactional accounting, treasury management, financial reporting, payroll, audits, financial analysis, and internal controls.Manage financial matters related to our operations, including food bank activities and revenue-generating enterprises.Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual fiscal budget, communicating risks and progress to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board.Conduct monthly assessments of financial performance against the budget and organizational goals.Ensure timely and effective business analytics and managerial reporting for internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, organizational guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations.Provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial management information and recommendations.Develop and monitor systems for capturing donations, pledges, and revenue transactions, ensuring proper controls.Oversee government and grant budgets, ensuring compliance with restrictions and deadlines.Utilize predictive financial models to inform strategic decisions.Act as plan administrator for the 403(b) retirement account, ensuring compliance with regulations.Support the Finance Committee by preparing financial statements, meeting agendas, and reports.Information Technology

Develop and execute the information technology strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.Oversee IT applications, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades.Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT investments, cybersecurity, and data privacy.Risk Management

Develop and maintain business continuity plans.Align insurance needs with organizational goals.Manage risk and compliance for health benefits, insurance policies, and other programs.Review and recommend agreements, contracts, and legal documents.Personnel Management, Leadership, And Collaboration

Supervise, coach, and evaluate direct reports.Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.Participate in organizational development and strategic planning as a member of the SLT.Ensure team and organizational objectives are met.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.Experience in high-level accounting, finance, or business management with supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic-thinking skills.Excellent project management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Commitment to active participation as a leader in hunger relief efforts.Self-motivated, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in accounting and payroll software and Microsoft Suite.Additional Requirements
