An internationally acclaimed company recognized for its excellence in delivering the finest services to our Partners and their guests is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations. This position will be based out of the West Coast and will oversee 9 direct reports and 7 venues in 2 states. This position will report to the Regional Vice President of Operations of the Division Segment within the company.Regional Vice President Of Operations Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of leadership in a Multi-Unit VP role in Contract Food Service or High Volume Stadiums/Event SpacesResponsibility for sales volumes of $100+ MillionA forward thinker that can work independently and resolve issuesA leader of others that can grow and develop teams and individualsAn experienced business traveler that can maximize the time at locationsA willingness to travel from 40 percent of the timeStrong acumen for delivering exceptional results without compromising standardsAbility to budget, forecast, and adjust to meet and exceed financial objectivesAbility to embrace and teach our organization's long-enduring culture within your marketA desire to always be improving your market and bringing your people to the next levelStrong culinary experience is preferred in this roleExperience with union workplace a plusMinimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality or Business ManagementStrong written and communication skills to all levelsRegional Vice President Of Operations Compensation
