Marketing Project Manager Specialist

TEKsystems is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to join our client in St. Louis, MO.*Pay rate:* $38/hour*Contract Length: *18 month contract - full time 40/hours per week.*Hybrid - St. Louis MO**Basic Qualifications:*o Bachelor's degree preferredo 3+ years of experience in a Marketing/Advertising agency project management roleo Demonstrated ability of past contributions to client businesses in agency service environment*Description:*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project & Process Management:o Develops, owns, and communicates holistic project timelines to internal & external teams on a regular basis. This includes:o Creation & management of all project timelineso Organize & setup of kickoffs, collaborations & presentationso Lead both internal & brand status meetingso Lead daily standup meetings (Kanban)o Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principleso Share and celebrate projects, leading retrospective sessions & suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplineso Act as cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project successo Proficient in managing high volume, quick turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholderso Understand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential and content (this is a big one)o Manages production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy has been approvedo Ability to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines... but considering how the pieces work together.o Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, so as to participate and add to a conversation regarding the consumer journey/experienceo Takes ownership of project efficiency; Understands project processes and how to flex it.o Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content. Including format, sizes, and overall ensuring the proper asset.o Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial:o Open jobs utilizing agency software toolso Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobso Issue POs to external vendors Agency/Client Service:o Demonstrates working knowledge of internal & external partner processeso Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partnerso Gather and vet specs to ensure project accuracyAdditional Skills:o Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.o Experience with Project Management and Agile toolso Excellent leadership, communication, organization, & time management skillso Good oral and written communication skillso Strong interpersonal skills.o Thoroughness and attention to detail.o Exhibits a helpful, pro-active attitude.
