In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies to support the delivery of high-quality clinical services. and regulation associated withWhat you’ll be doing

Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation and processes to identify and address any compliance or quality issuesLiaise with clinical teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvementMonitor and report on clinical compliance metrics to support ongoing risk management and improvement initiativesProvide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practicesSupport the development and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures and other resourcesAssist with incident investigations and the implementation of remedial actionsWhat we’re looking for

Diploma or relevant qualification in a health or compliance-related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in a clinical compliance or audit roleMust have knowledge of NDIS requirements, community health sectors and government departmentsStrong working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and quality standardsExcellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address compliance issuesEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to influence and drive continuous improvementMinimum Intermediate to Advanced Office 365 applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharepointWhat we offer
