The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. Sr. Marketing Manager, Events

will be responsible for driving the B2B event strategy for various industry and Roundel-owned moments. This role will evaluate event opportunities and deliver recommendations based on research and key business priorities. Events are an integral part of Roundel’s marketing mix and are used to connect Roundel with our current and future partners. The successful candidate will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to craft a plan that elevates the brand and promotes deep engagement and incremental client investment.This role will include negotiation, drafting briefs, driving timelines, budget and keeping working teams informed both internally and externally. The successful candidate will define resource needs based on size, scope and budget. You’ll provide vendors and agency partners on-going direction and feedback throughout the process. You’ll track metrics to influence future planning. You are ready to quickly adapt plans to fit the changing external landscape and will consider both IRL and hybrid/digital extensions to your projects.This position reports to Roundel’s Director of Marketing.About you:Bachelor's degree5+ years experienceStrong marketing background with an emphasis in Events, preferably with additional experience in Social Media, Talent Partnerships and/or PRDemonstrated strategic thinking around how events fit into the marketing mixDemonstrated ability to synthesize information, think critically, and communicate effectivelyAbility to embrace ambiguityCuriosity around learning new things and uncovering new opportunitiesUnderstanding of strategic client objectivesAbility to travel and work limited evenings, weekends to support experiential executionThis position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
