Senior Manager HR Business Products

reporting to the

Director HR Business Products .

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager HR Business Products will lead the end-to-end process of conceptualization through to system implementations and enhancements of HR products. He/she will also provide business and process support to senior leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, enhancements, and support of products for designated functional areas within the HR ecosystem.

Build relationships with aligned business operational leaders and HR operational COEs, ensuring they always feel supported by the HR Product team.

Partner with functional groups to develop process landscape gap analysis, product transformation plans, organizational impact analysis, and long-term change workstream strategy.

Drive the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, and design of new tools, features, and functionalities.

Own the product backlog according to stakeholder requirements across assigned HR systems.

Support the prioritization of the backlog based on urgency and criticality of requirements.

Analyze market and industry trends to anticipate stakeholder needs.

Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection.

Define business requirements and translate them into a deliverable project plan.

Monitor and analyze process performance metrics.

Drive process standardization, compliance, and process improvements.

Review all technical specifications ensuring appropriate IT build based upon the business requirements.

Define test strategy, test cases, and test scenarios with the ability to test, identify appropriate data sets, and assess expected results.

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:

Highly strategic, proactive, and organized.

Strong interpersonal skills.

7+ years of operational HR experience with people leadership experience.

Experience in project management using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent).

Proven track record of product management supporting HR process areas, systems, and workflows.

Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously.

Skilled in customer-facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation.

Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills.

Ability to coach and advise stakeholders.

Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management, executives, team members, and external third-party groups.

Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility.

Strong judgement and decision-making skills.

Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce, etc.).
