We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, positive restaurant leaders to join our team as

Restaurant General Managers .

This critical leadership role will oversee the full store operation for their location.

What will you do?

As the Restaurant General Manager/Operating Partner you will run the full day-to-day operations of your store location. Our Restaurant General Managers work side by side with their teams in the stores, focusing on food safety, efficiency, and driving business results. This role will be the key driver in setting a store culture that is positive, motivating, and focused on providing the ideal experience for every customer. As the leader, your guidance will be crucial to the recruitment, development, safety, and success of your team. We believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and it will be up to you to coach your team to help mold future leaders for your location and our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring your location meets Popeyes high levels of standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to achieve store goals.

Provide mentoring and direction in setting a positive, fun, and energetic store culture.

Hiring, training, and developing leaders and team members to ensure that the restaurant has the right team in place to achieve their current and future goals.

Forecasting, payroll, and writing crew schedules.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.

Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Individuals must have one year of General Manager experience in the quick service/fast food restaurant industry or at least six months of Popeyes managerial experience.

Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate at all levels of the business.

Must have the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and interpret Profit and Loss Statements.

Ability to use a computer and basic software is a must.

Candidates need to possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs.

Open to working a 50+ hour work schedule every week and available on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be ServSafe certified or capable of attaining certification.

Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
