“A” Operator
with Popeyes for all of 2023, our success is due to our talented crew members and dedicated management team!
We are currently seeking results-driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our General Manager positions in Popeyes! Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous development of both their location and employees.

Responsibilities:
Hire, train and develop your team to increase retention
Execute daily restaurant operations at a high level
Follow Brand and Company Standards
Requirements:
Previous Management Experience
Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
Excellent customer service
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
