Cedar Lake Health Center
and meet the growing demand for primary care services in Cedar Lake located in Northwest Indiana. Interested candidates will be joining a team of well-established providers including a physician and two nurse practitioners.WHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in family medicine with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidates will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Practice hours include one late night until 6:00 p.m. and one early morning
Average outpatient volume: 18 - 22 patients per day
Schedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative work hours
Flexible Schedule
Responsible for own call with support from Nurse Triage
Strong mentorship from existing providers
