We’re looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Compensation:$75,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures.
Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements.
Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees.
Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation.
Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management.
Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute.
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major.
Hotel experience preferred.
