Description:

Lead efforts on new business development and commercial programs to develop the market for non-convulsive seizure detection in acute care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new commercial programs with direct impact in the non-convulsive seizure market.

Conduct market analytics to define total opportunity and link with core business metrics to define success.

Develop program plans, including the detailed steps required to implement.

Manage implementation of key strategic programs in concert with executive sponsor(s).

Work cross-functionally to ensure success of key programs.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of management consulting or investment banking experience.

Ideally 5 years of commercial med tech experience.

Managed small teams to successful outcomes.

Skilled in analytic tools (Excel, Alteryx) and commercial enablement platforms (SFDC, Groove, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.).

Bachelor's degree; MBA/MS preferred.

Medical device / Healthcare experience preferred.

A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
