Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently.Salary:

125-135k base range + generous bonus and benefits + free lunchResponsibilities:Manage and coordinate a principal maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, and overseeing external communications.Coordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meeting.Act as their gatekeeper of time.Some light personal assistant projects as needed.Process expense reports in Concur.Coordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangements.Provide back-up support to other executive assistants as needed.Other ad hoc duties as needed.Requirements:At least 4 years working in a fast-paced administrative support role.Experience in venture capital and private equity is preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Microsoft Office proficient and tech-savvy.Ability to deal with constant changes and anticipate needs.Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.Please submit your resume to apply.
