WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DIRECTOR COMMERCIAL FINANCE - VAPOR STRATEGY & PROJECTS

Senior Director Commercial Finance- New Categories

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Play a critical role ensuring the financial delivery and success of New Categories by aligning financial strategies with commercial goals and objectives.

Build financial models and P&Ls for business cases and new product introductions.

Partner with LEX teams to help manage and mitigate potential risk to the business.

Present and communicate to leadership potential opportunities and risk related to financial and commercial performance.

Collaborate with business partners and influence commercial decisions.

Provide Leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

5-7 years of commercial finance experience preferred.

CPG industry experience.

Strong knowledge of finance and commercial strategy.

Understanding of consumers, customers, opportunities, and risk to drive business growth.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Entrepreneur mentality to see this business as your own and to drive results and performance.

Demonstrate strategic thinking, with strong influencing and leadership skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision, while being a self-starter.

Confidence and ability to challenge the status-quo to move the business forward.

High sense of urgency, work ethic and flexibility.

BENEFICIAL

Master’s degree in Finance or MBA

CPA or CMA
