who will help bring the creativity, imagination, and fun of LEGO play to more kids, families, and shoppers in the US market.These roles will involve supporting marketing processes with a team, applying retailer and LEGO brand insights to build, develop, implement, and measure omnichannel retail marketing campaigns. If this is you, then please apply!Core ResponsibilitiesSupports execution of marketing plans alongside a team of trade marketers that deliver successful omnichannel retail shopping experiences, driving achievement of retailer and LEGO Group objectives.

Assist in retail marketing program development, including briefing in-store and ecommerce campaigns, and collaboration with creative and media agencies to move to execution.

Supports day-to-day needs across trade marketing team inclusive of tasks to enable execution of retail marketing programs like retailer/media/merchandiser/store communication, installation instructions, kitting of programs, shipping details/tracking, call center communication, and troubleshooting any challenges that arise.

Gathers and organizes insights and data to inform retail marketing program development.

Responsible for accurate and timely management of Trade Marketing budgets in internal management systems.

Supports processes for month-end close and year-end close for US retail activation and eCommerce display budgets.

Select ownership of specific key account program sell-in to the retailer and development with account retail marketing teams.

Accountable for flexing independently across account responsibilities.

Establishes strong working relationships with Retailers, Media, Sales Teams, Merchandising Team, Brand Management, and key account organizations for effective program execution.

Play your part in our team succeedingThe Associate Trade Marketing Manager role in US Marketing is responsible for supporting the success of omnichannel retail marketing activation across the US market customer base, effectively reaching and communicating to shoppers. The role will be responsible for supporting a process from retailer and LEGO brand insights to ideation, and then creation, development, and execution of omnichannel marketing activations and materials.The role will be accountable for assisting in the development of best-in-class retail experiences for the LEGO brand with our customers, achieving retailer and brand objectives. The Associate Trade Marketing Manager also plays an overall role in trade marketing operations, inclusive of US retail activation and eCommerce budget management.Do you have what it takes?Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer products marketing in a retail context; experience with kids and family brands preferred.

1+ years experience in developing omnichannel shopper marketing campaigns, including planning and execution of in-store campaign elements.

Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management, and marketing logistics.

Experience working with large US retailers and their operational processes preferred.

Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units.

Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and inspire colleagues.

Experience with managing processes through tools like Microsoft Excel preferred.

Experience working with marketing or creative agencies a plus!

Additional details on this positionThe salary for these positions has a range of

$78,800 - $118,300 USD

based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

These positions will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
