Responsibilities: • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Buy materials for the office when necessary • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Oversee online and print marketing efforts Qualifications: • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus Compensation: $45,000
