The Executive Director is responsible for organizational change management for managing the effect of new business processes, changes in organizational structure, or cultural changes within an enterprise. This position drives the new operating model design based on departmental strategic priorities and determines the approach of developing the model. To successfully implement complex changes that integrate tightly with broader initiatives, the Executive Director ensures training takes place for new processes and tools. This position champions operating model transformation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong relationship skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including interviewing and presentation skills.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Deep experience in financial management and reporting.
Proven track record of reporting, metrics, process management.
Experience in strategic planning, forecasting and governance.
Broad knowledge of the financial service industry.
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License.
Compensation Information
