Job Duties
Minimum 2 years experience operating camera, transmission, sound, lighting and editing equipment to cover live and taped eventsMinimum 2 years experience utilizing new and emerging technologies to develop content for NBC4 platformsRespond quickly to breaking news while taking direction and interacting with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room, and appropriate NBC personnelInteract with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room and acquisition personnelWork with others efficiently under daily deadline pressureSolve technical issues in the field

Minimum 2 years newsgathering experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in combination of shooting live events, editing on nonlinear systems and operating ENG live/microwave truckMinimum 2 years Ability to operate bonded cell live unitsMinimum 2 years Ability to operate a live truck

Must be willing to work in Washington, D.C.Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years or greaterMust be available on overnights, evenings, weekends and holidaysMust have valid driver's license with no restrictions
