NBC 7 and Telemundo 20 San Diego are looking for a

Photographer

to help our news team gather and present compelling news stories to our viewers. You will be responsible for shooting and editing stories, including spot news and features, and setting up live shots.Job Responsibilities:Understand and practice ethical journalismGather news facts and create compelling stories when on assignment with or without a reporterWork with daily deadlinesEdit video for broadcast and websiteResponsible for daily operation of all ENG equipment including ENG cameras, ENG editing gear, audio, lighting and microwave equipment, and cellular bonded technologyMonitor and understand government and public service radio frequenciesOperate motor vehicles and live trucksPerform other related duties to ensure high quality news coverageContribute to social media coverageQualifications
