Aligned Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing, nationwide company that is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Controller to join their team.The Senior Corporate Controller is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and development of a comprehensive set of controls and budgets. You will be reporting directly to the CFO. This role ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and oversees all financial activities to ensure the company’s financial health and stability.The Senior Corporate Controller will work closely with senior leadership, providing insights into financial performance and strategic decision-making. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive financial processes in a growing, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and fixed assets.Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and all relevant financial reporting standards.Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and improve accuracy in reporting.Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Coordinate the preparation of internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses to audit inquiries.Manage cash flow and financial forecasting to ensure liquidity and financial stability.Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal tax filings.Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute long-term financial strategies.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to foster growth and continuous improvement.Analyze and present financial data to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.Stay current on industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices to keep the company’s financial processes optimized.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required8+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.Experience in managing financial operations in a complex, multi-entity environment.Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Proven experience with financial management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Benefits:
