If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, customer-centric solutions, and being at the forefront of the Microsoft Cloud revolution, Work 365 offers an exciting and rewarding career opportunity.RESPONSIBILITIES:This role will report to the CEO with an oversight on internal business operations that involve Finance, HR, and IT.Finance ManagementLead the budget creation activitiesOversee AP and AR functionsManage and report on business operational metricsDevelop and maintain revenue and cost forecastsProvide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements, including statement of activities, fund balance, and sources/uses of funds to Senior Leadership and BoardProvide administrative assistance, including oversight of facility vendors and contracts, and establishing and managing vendor accounts and relationships.Improve operational systems, processes, and policies, specifically better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planningOversee day-to-day processing of banking and business operational accountsReconcile monthly activity, generate year-end reports, and fulfill tax-related requirementsManage month-end and year-end closure proceduresSupport tax filings and payroll reportsOperations ManagementManage and oversee internal operations around human resources, finance, payroll, and company administration.Create strategies and policies for company growthOversee and lead HR operations around talent management.Partner with cross-functional teams in HR, IT, and AccountsWork closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure that business operations remain compliantRequirements:Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Finance and/or OperationsKnowledge of financial principles and business finance.Understanding of SaaS and technology services businessStrong working knowledge of systems including cloud-based applicationsExperience in reporting financial statementsProficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processesStrong skills in budget development and oversightJob Type:
