This position is located in the Office of Strategic Partnerships, Department of Compact Operations (DCO), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-14/15, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 3b/3a which is generally equal to GS-14/15.
To qualify for pay band 3b you must meet the following:Have at least one year of specialized experience relevant to the position duties and comparable to the MCC Pay Band 4a (GS-13) or an equivalent level directly related to the work of this position.This experience is defined as:Experience creating and implementing bilateral and multi-party partnerships among businesses, multilateral development banks, foundations, and other bilateral development agencies;Experience monitoring and evaluating the success of strategic partnerships, including the development and use of appropriate metrics;Experience with international development programs;Experience facilitating and coordinating activities across organizational entities.Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.

Time-in-Grade: Time-in-grade requirements apply. You must have one year of Federal service equivalent to or GS-13 to be eligible for pay band MC-3b. You must have one year of Federal service equivalent to or GS-14 to be eligible for pay band MC-3a.
