See details below:About the Role:Neovera is seeking a seasoned, senior network security engineer to design, deploy, and configure security and networking controls on customer premise, in the Neovera Data Centers, and in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and Oracle). This position will report directly to the lead network engineer. 8-10 years of information security and networking experience2-3 years of cloud experience3+ years of experience doing IT Security automation with scripting and/or programming languages24×7 SOC experience working with or for an MSP and/or an MSSP is highly desirableSecurity & Networking Experience with designing, deploying, and configuring public cloud environmentsNetworking experience with Azure controls such as Virtual Networks and Load BalancersProgramming / shell scripting experience highly desirable (Powershell, Python, Java, shell scripts, etc.)Experience with multivendor security and platforms such as Cisco ASA & Firepower and Palo Alto.Experience with multivendor network platforms such as Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches and Cisco ISR and ASR routersCuriosity and strong desire to constantly learnBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge.Solid understanding of application, operating system, and network securityRequirement for on-call work and working in a 24x7x365 environmentKeen ability to troubleshoot technical, network and security problemsNeovera is the trusted advisor that provides full cybersecurity and cloud services to enterprises with complex challenges and demanding regulatory requirements.
