The combination of Protect, Connect, and the Hiya app has resulted in the world’s largest Voice Security Platform with over 450M users.About the PositionWe’re looking for a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat, self-starter attitude. You’ll partner closely with executives in implementing efficient administrative processes to support rapid growth. This role relies heavily on the ability to be highly organized and responsive, with the willingness to meet each challenge directly. At Hiya, Executive Assistants are passionate about the integral role they play as a crucial partner to executives.What You’ll DoHandling and prioritizing complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflictsCoordinate domestic & international travel and logistics, meetings, and eventsDetermining methods and best practices for new projects or assignmentsIdentifying needs and gaps within the organization, and partnering closely with the team to suggest solutions/project resources and research vendors, programs, etc.Running cross-functional projects, programs, and team-building events within the Executive’s organizationWork on special projects that require proficiency using Google Workspace apps, and other tools used by the executive organizationEnd-to-end management of all internal and external event logistics including budget help, planning of events, onsite execution (dinner, shipping, etc.), event flow and helping the Marketing team manage follow-up activities post-eventHost potential partners, investors, consultants, and customersTravel 5-10% per year to events all over the United StatesQualities that will make you successful:Experience directly supporting 1 or more executivesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of cross-functional teamsExceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a solid ability to take ownership of multiple projectsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligenceAbility to exercise strong business judgment, meet deadlines, and balance multiple requestsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external partnersExcellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing themOptimistic, reliable, and flexible attitudeThe person in this role must embody Hiya’s key values of
