Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various technical areas and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a maintenance team.Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.Manage budgets, inventory, and resources efficiently to support maintenance activities.Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC systems, logic controllers, and other equipment.Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.Requirements
